>> with just three days several initiatives on the california ballot could come down to undecided. dan kerman looks at proposition 34. that would repeal the death penalty. given california's death row could shut its debdoor for good. they are favoring to repeal it in favor of life imprisonment of parole. 44 percent say that they would vote yes 38 would oppose it and 17 are undecided. that is a significant increase in support from september. when " yes " neutral " no " 45- 42. and the pollster says
